The BONOMI EXM8E0731 WITH SERIES 731LL 2-WAY ST. ST. BODY 3-PIECE SW ENDS BALL VALVE AND VALBIA CSA APPROVED EXPLOSION PROOF ELECTRIC ACTUATOR is an innovative assembly that combines a 3-piece stainless steel body, SW ends, and class 900 sizes 1/4” to 2”, class 600 sizes 2-1/2” to 4” with an Ex-Proof Electric Actuator. It is suitable for hot water, oil, and gases and is fire safe to API 607-6th edition. It has a temperature range of -50° F to 550° F and a working steam pressure of up to 250 psi.

The Actuator is NEMA 4x, 7, 8 & 9 (CSA Approved) and has an enclosure that conforms to IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection. It has a temperature range of 22°F to 158°F and features a clutch-less manual override, thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater, self-locking gear system, and ISO 5211 mounting bolt pattern and DIN 3337 double square drive. It also has a ± 5° mechanical stop on 0° and 90°, continuous mechanical position indicator, and built-in thermal overload protection to prevent motor burnout. It also has 2 auxiliary SPDT switches.
