The Bonomi Ghibson Series 551P butterfly valve is a unique and high-quality product that is perfect for a variety of applications. This manually operated valve features a PTFE coated stainless steel disc and an epoxy coated ductile iron lug body, providing durability and reliability. With sizes ranging from 2” to 12”, this valve also has an ISO 5211 direct mounting pad and square stem for easy installation.
The 551P valve is designed with a floating dual shaft disc, ensuring smooth operation and a tight seal. It also has an API 609 face to face flange and is compliant with MSS SP 67 standards. The absence of pins in the disc eliminates potential leak points, making this valve a safe and efficient choice.
One of the most unique features of the Bonomi Ghibson Series 551P valve is its FDA approved PTFE coating. This coating allows the valve to withstand temperatures ranging from 70°F to +392°F, making it suitable for a wide range of industries and applications. For those in need of a stainless steel body, the 550P valve is also available in sizes 2” to 12”.
