BONOMI SERIES 641LL 2-WAY CARBON STEEL 3-PIECE SW ENDS BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR

The BONOMI SERIES 641LL 2-WAY CARBON STEEL 3-PIECE SW ENDS BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is a direct mount assembly with a 3-piece carbon steel body and SW ends. It is designed for hot water, oil, and gases and is available in class 900 sizes 1/4” to 2” and class 600 sizes 2-1/2” to 4”. It features PEEK ball seats, a standard latch locking handle, and is fire safe to API 607-6th edition. The temperature range is +150° F to 500° F and the working steam pressure is up to 250 psi.

The pneumatic actuator is made of hard anodized extruded aluminum and features concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, and a solid steel barstock pinion. It has a 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam and bolts, POM piston guides, and a minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi and a maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi. It is designed to work in temperatures from -4°F to 302°F and requires no lubrication maintenance for its lifetime.
