The BONOMI SERIES 68F100 2-WAY CARBON STEEL ANSI CLASS 300 FIRE SAFE DESIGN FLANGED SPLIT BODY BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is a high-quality assembly designed for a variety of applications, including vacuum, water, gas, and oil. The valve features a carbon steel ANSI 300 split body flanged API 608 ball valve with a full port, sizes 1/2” to 6”, and a temperature range of -4°F to 366°F. It is 100% tested according to API 598 standards and features a blow out proof stem, locking handle, fire safe design, R.T.F.E. seats, packing and thrust washer, and an antistatic device. The actuator is made of hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, and a minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi and a maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi. It is designed to ASME B16.34, ASME B16.10, ASME 16.5, ASME B1.1, and ISO 5211 standards and requires no lubrication maintenance for its lifetime.
