The BONOMI SERIES 68J100 2-WAY API 608 ST. ST. ANSI CLASS 300 FIRE SAFE DESIGN FLANGED SPLIT BODY BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is an assembly of a 2-way, ANSI 300 Stainless Steel API 608 Split-Body Style Flanged Ball Valve and Pneumatic Actuator. It is suitable for applications such as water, gas, and oil.
The valve's specifications include a stainless steel ANSI 300 split body flanged API 608 ball valve, full port sizes from 1/2” to 6”, temperature range of -4°F to 366°F, 100% tested according to API 598 standards, blow out proof stem, locking handle, fire safe design, R.T.F.E. seats, packing and thrust washer, antistatic device, API 608, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.10, ASME 16.5, ASME B1.1 design, and ISO 5211 mounting pad and double “D” stem.
The actuator's specifications include a hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion (not casting), 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi, maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi, working temperature of -4°F - 302°F, no lubrication maintenance required for the entire actuator lifetime, and 100% factory tested.
