Description
Experience unparalleled precision and control with the BONOMI V-Port Control Valve featuring the Valpres Series 710190V 3-Piece NPT Stainless Steel Body Ball Valve, expertly combined with the Valbia Pneumatic Actuator boasting an Electro-Pneumatic Positioner. Designed for exceptional performance across diverse applications such as boiler blow down, water feed valve, and hot water systems, this assembly offers a seamless harmony between the stainless steel ball valve and the advanced pneumatic actuator. With a 2-way, 3-piece stainless steel ball valve configuration and 30°-60°, 60°, or 90° V-Port ball, this solution guarantees optimal flow control and precise adjustments. The CF8M stainless steel construction ensures durability, and the NPT ends enhance versatility. Operating at up to 250 psi steam and a temperature range from -4°F to 406°F, this valve features a blow-out proof stem and an antistatic device for extended reliability. The integration of an ISO 5211 mounting pad with a double "D" stem facilitates a seamless connection with the Valbia pneumatic actuator. The actuator, featuring a hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, and die-cast aluminum end caps, provides exceptional control capabilities. Its solid steel barstock pinion, adjustable rotation cam, and bolts, along with POM piston guides, ensure precise adjustments and responsive performance. With a wide working temperature range from -4°F to 302°F, this actuator requires no lubrication maintenance for its entire lifetime. The electro-pneumatic positioner, ENP-B 4-20 mA, guarantees fast and accurate adjustments, offering split ranges from 4-12mA or 13-20mA for versatile control. Its low air consumption, Direct/Reverse Action change, and straightforward Zero & Span adjustment contribute to efficient operation. The actuator's IP66, Type 4X (FM) ingress protection, along with epoxy polyester powder coating, ensures resistance against corrosion, making it suitable for diverse environments. This assembly's modularized inner structure facilitates hassle-free maintenance, cementing its position as a high-performance solution for precise control needs.
