Introducing the BONOMI SERIES 762000 2-WAY CARBON STEEL ANSI CLASS 150 FIRE SAFE DESIGN FLANGED SPLIT BODY BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR. This assembly is a 2-Way, ANSI 150 Carbon Steel Split-Body Style Flanged Ball Valve and Pneumatic Actuator, perfect for water, gas, and oil applications. It features a Carbon Steel ANSI 150 Split Body Flanged, full port, sizes 1/2” to 12”, temperature range of -4°F to 366°F, and a blow out proof stem design. It also has P.T.F.E. seats, packing and thrust washer, standard grounded ball and stem, PED 97/23/CE, locking handle plate, ANSI B16.5, B16.10, B16.34 design, Fire Safe API 6FA-API 607 4th edition, and ISO 5211 mounting pad and double “D” stem.
The actuator features a hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion (not casting), 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi, maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi, working temperature of -4°F - 302°F, and no lubrication maintenance required for the entire actuator lifetime. Plus, it is 100% factory tested.
