The BONOMI EXM8E0740H is a direct mount 2-way, 3 pc. high pressure to 3600 psi stainless steel ball valve with PEEK seats and encapsulated bolts and NPT ends with metal electric actuator with fail-safe battery backup. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure applications.
The valve's specifications include a 3-piece stainless steel body, NPT, sizes 1/4” to 1, high pressure to 3600 psi, high temperature to 500°F max, ISO 5211 mounting pad w/ square stem, PEEK-4215 ball seats, standard latch locking handle, and conformance to ANSI 16.34, ANSI B1.20.1 thread depths, NACE MR0175, and API 607-6th edition. It also features a grounded ball and stem, standard 316 stainless steel ball and stem, temperature range of -50° F to 550° F, and working steam pressure to 250 psi.
The actuator's specifications include NEMA 4x, 7, 8 & 9 (CSA Approved) enclosure, IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection, temperature range of 22°F to 158°F, clutch-less manual override, thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater for working conditions, self-locking gear system, available in both ON/OFF (00*) or 4~20 mA MODULATING (02*), 30% Duty Cycle (ON/OFF) and 75% Duty Cycle (MODULATING), ISO 5211 Mounting Bolt Pattern and DIN 3337 Double Square Drive, ± 5° Mechanical stop on 0° and 90°, continuous mechanical position indicator, built-in thermal overload protection to prevent motor burnout, and 2 auxiliary SPDT switches.
