The BONOMI SERIES 540S EPOXY COATED CAST IRON BODY ST. ST. DISC BUNA-N SEATS WAFER STYLE BUTTERFLY VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is a 2-way, rubber lined wafer-style butterfly valve with stainless steel disc and Buna-N seats. It is suitable for HVAC, water and air applications.
The valve has an ISO 5211 direct mount/square stem, epoxy coated ductile iron wafer body with stainless steel disc, BUNA seats (10°F to 250°F), API609 face to face flange, floating dual shaft disc design, MSS SP 67 compliant, and no pins in disc to prevent potential leak points.
The pneumatic actuator has a hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion (not casting), 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi, maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi, working temperature of -4°F - 302°F, and no lubrication maintenance required for the entire actuator lifetime. It is also 100% factory tested.
