The BONOMI SERIES 6600LL 2-WAY CARBON STEEL UNIBODY NPT SEAL WELD BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is a unique assembly of a 2-Way, Seal-welded Unibody Carbon Steel NPT valve and Pneumatic Actuator. It is suitable for applications such as Hot Water, Steam, Oil, and Gases.
The valve has a Unibody Carbon Steel body, Full port, sizes 1/4” to 2”, Fire-safe certified to API 607, Grounded ball and stem, Self adjusting stem packing, Blow out proof stem design, 100% air tested under water at 80 psi, Pressure rating 1/4” to 2” 2000 psi, 200 psi steam, and Temperature range -4°F to 450°F. The actuator has a Hard anodized extruded aluminum body, Concentric spring sets, Die cast aluminum end caps, Solid steel barstock pinion (not casting), 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, Minimum air pressure rating: 80 psi, Maximum air pressure rating: 116 psi, Working temperature: -4°F - 302°F, and No lubrication maintenance required for the entire actuator lifetime.
