The BONOMI SERIES 720017 2-WAY CARBON STEEL ANSI CLASS 150 WAFER STYLE BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is an assembly of a 2-Way, ANSI 150 Carbon Steel Wafer-style Flanged Ball Valve and Pneumatic Actuator. It is suitable for applications such as water, gas, and oil. The valve has a Carbon Steel ANSI 150 Full port, with sizes ranging from 1/2” to 6”. It has a temperature range of -4°F to 366°F, and features a blow out proof stem design, R.P.T.F.E. seats, packing and thrust washer, and a space saving design. It is TUV T.A. Luft approved and designed to ANSI B16.34 standards, with an ISO 5211 mounting pad with double “D” stem.
The actuator has a hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion (not casting), 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, and a minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi and a maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi. It has a working temperature of -4°F - 302°F, and requires no lubrication maintenance for the entire actuator lifetime. It is also 100% factory tested.
