The BONOMI SERIES 740H 2-WAY ST. ST. BODY 3-PIECE NPT BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is a direct mount assembly with a 3-piece stainless steel body, NPT ends, and Pneumatic Actuator. It is designed for high temperature and high pressure applications, with a maximum pressure of 3600 psi and a maximum temperature of 500°F. It is ISO 5211 mounting pad compatible, with PEEK-4215 ball seats, a standard latch locking handle, and meets ANSI 16.34, ANSI B1.20.1, NACE MR0175, and API 607-6th edition standards. The valve is available in sizes 1/4” to 1”, with a temperature range of -50° F to 550° F and a working steam pressure of up to 250 psi.
The Pneumatic Actuator is made of hard anodized extruded aluminum, with concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, and a solid steel barstock pinion. It has a 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam and bolts, POM piston guides, and a minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi and a maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi. It is designed for a working temperature of -4°F - 302°F, and requires no lubrication maintenance for its entire lifetime. It is 100% factory tested.
