The BONOMI SERIES 770 2-WAY ST. ST. BODY 3-PIECE SANITARY TRI-CLAMP NON-CAVITY FILLED BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is an innovative assembly designed for direct mount applications. It features a non cavity-filled stainless steel ball valve with sanitary ends and a pneumatic actuator. It is suitable for hot water, steam, oil, and gases.
The valve's specifications include a blowout proof stem design, ISO 5211 direct mount/square stem, anti-static device, international polishing to Ra 15 micron, and tri-clamp style end connection. It complies with standards such as ISO 5211, ANSI B16.11, MSS SP-25, and MSS SP-55. It is also maintenance free and live loaded double sealing stem.
The actuator's specifications include a hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, and a working temperature of -4°F - 302°F. It is also 100% factory tested and requires no lubrication maintenance for its entire lifetime.
