Introducing the BONOMI SERIES 771 2-WAY ST. ST. BODY 3-PIECE SANITARY TRI-CLAMP CAVITY FILLED BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR from Bonomi Valves. This stylish and attractive product is perfect for food and beverage, bio-tech, and pharmaceutical applications.
The unique valve features a cavity-filled design, working pressure of 1000 psi WOG (1/2” to 2”) and 800 psi WOG (2-1/2” to 4”), temperature range of -20°F to 450°F, blowout proof stem design, ISO 5211 direct mount/square stem, anti-static device, international polishing to Ra 15 micron, and tri-clamp style end connection. It also complies with standards such as ISO 5211, ANSI B16.11, MSS SP-25, and MSS SP-55.
The pneumatic actuator features a hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi, maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi, working temperature of -4°F - 302°F, and no lubrication maintenance required for the entire actuator lifetime.
